Method of use for hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose
1. Add the product to 1/3-1/5 of the required amount of hot water (80-90 ℃), stir and disperse until fully swollen, then add the remaining cold water and stir to cool down until fully dissolved.
2. The surface treated product can be directly dissolved in cold water with stirring. For rapid dissolution, ammonia or alkaline water can be used to adjust the pH value to 8-10. The product will quickly dissolve and form a solution.
3. Firstly, prepare the product into a high concentration mother liquor for later use (as described above). When using, add enough cold water and continue stirring until a uniform solution is formed.
4. Due to the excellent solubility of the product, it can be directly mixed with most products, such as gypsum powder, cement, lime calcium powder, starch, etc.
